At Phoenix Style, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Phoenix Style account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
